The neuroscience of stretching: Stretch tolerance, proprioception, muscle spindles and the nervous system's influence on range of motion.
Elasticity and viscoelasticity: How bouncing, oscillations and sustained stretching apply different mechanical demands to the body.
Anatomical lines: Using myofascial meridians to inform whole-body movement and sequencing.
Active mobility and end-range control: Developing strength and coordination throughout available range.
Flow & synchrony: Using breath, music and collective movement to create rhythm and shared experience.
The RE:STORE class architecture: How to sequence these techniques into a coherent, progressive practice.

What is RE:STORE Mobility & Stretching?
RE:STORE mobility & stretching is an experience launched exclusively at The Rogue Room. Using the latest research in stretching we use elements of jumping, bouncing and oscillating movement to increase range of motion on the bod. . We explore unusual movement patterns, introduce flow, build active mobility and work towards deeper static stretches.
Through a combination of elastic loading, slow viscoelastic movement, active and passive stretching, and controlled end-range work, we explore how the body's connective tissues, muscles and nervous system response to movement.
Rather than treating muscles in isolation, we use the body's interconnected myofascial lines as a framework for intelligent sequencing, exploring how movement across multiple joints can develop flexibility, coordination and contro

This three-hour immersion for teachers and those who want a deeper understanding on the methodology, introduces the principles, techniques and sequencing behind RE:STORE.
What to expect:
75 min | RE:STORE Mobility & Stretching session
Introduction to Myofascial Meridans through the lens of Anatomy Trains
Movement Clinic | Movement pattern + variations to target the spiral line.
RE:STORE mobility & stretching teacher Immersion w/ Rosie Hall
Nov 28th | 3 hours
Teacher Immersion | 3 Hours | Volume 1 of 4
RE:STORE is The Rogue Room's signature mobility & stretching methodology, developed to increase range of motion and build greater control throughout the body. Explore the method. Understand the science. Learn to teach it led by founder of The Rogue Room Rosie Hall.
Rooted in the principles of Myofascial Integrated Stretching (MIS) by internationally recognised movement leader Dylan Werner and informed by Thomas Myers' Anatomy Trains, RE:STORE takes a different approach to traditional stretching.
MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
ROSIE HALL | FOUNDER, THE ROGUE ROOM
Rosie Hall is the founder of The Rogue Room, following a 20-year career in fashion and media, including senior roles at Dazed Media, British Vogue and Men’s Health.
Her journey into yoga began as a way to support her mental wellbeing. After completing 200 hours of yoga teacher training, 100 hours of Rocket with David Kyle, 30 hours of RocketBeats and 50 hours of Yin, in the summer of 2024 a debilitating L5 disc injury fundamentally changed her approach to movement.
Two years of experimentation led her to explore her own skeletal variation, asymmetry eventually discovering Myofascial Integrated Stretching (MIS) and Myofascial Integrated Alignment (MIA) founded by internationally recognised movement teacher Dylan Werner.
Following 50 hours of training with Dylan Werner on (Myofascial Intergrated Alignment and stretching principles) in Bali, Rosie combined these principles with her Rocket background to develop RE:STORE, The Rogue Room's signature mobility & stretching methodology.
Rooted in myofascial meridians, movement science and creative sequencing, RE:STORE focuses on developing range of motion, strength and control.
Beyond the workshop
We're looking for the next generation of RE:STORE teachers to join The Rogue Room. This immersion is an opportunity to explore our approach, experience the class from a teacher's perspective and demonstrate your movement knowledge, teaching presence and ability to communicate complex ideas simply. Selected teachers will be invited to progress to the next stage of our RE:STORE / Rogue Flow teacher training beginning April 2027.
THREE HOURS. ONE METHODOLOGY. A DIFFERENT WAY TO TEACH MOBILITY.
