The Rogue Room is a nomadic yoga space for spiritual dissidents, organising IRL pop-up residencies at world-leading cultural institutions. The anthesis of intimidating and elitist wellness studios, our mission is to create a contemporary and progressive experience where everyone is welcome to experience the ancient practice of yoga. Using club culture as a catalyst to connect, The Rogue Room presents a new form of liberation, meditation and mindfulness.
Arch 5 is The Rogue Room’s new permanent home in the heart of Shoreditch. With our signature immersive sound and intuitive lighting, our studio offers a unique way to regularly practice yoga and movement.
Rocket Yoga
The Rogue Room sessions are led in the style of Rocket Vinyasa Yoga. Rocket is a dynamic yoga practice inspired by the Ashtanga system. Blending traditional components of the movement method with modern, playful twists, Rocket encourages students to have fun and adapt the flow to suit their bodies and needs.
A Symphony Of Music And Movement
The Rogue Room pairs high-energy sequencing with high-octane dance music - usually deep-house and tech - to immerse students in a deeper meditative state. Guided by some of the most revered yoga teachers in the UK, the Rogue Room remixes traditional asana practices with playlists curated to invoke flow-state feels.
