ISOM training: flowstate
oct’26
Join us at The Rogue Room, Chance Street for a 3-day immersion with international movement teacher and long term collaborator of The Rogue Room Miles Mortensen.
You won’t just be learning a style, you’ll be learning a method.
What to expect?
A practical and adaptable way to sequence, cue, and coach. You’ll learn how to build classes that lead toward specific goals like backbends, handstands, or middle splits, with a clear path that works for all levels.
You’ll also dive into adjustments, how to make them useful, safe, and specific. We’ll cover both the foundations and more advanced techniques, while helping you understand when and why to use them.
Finally, we’ll explore how to move beyond studio teaching—how to work 1-on-1 with students, define your niche, and position yourself as a teacher who delivers real results.
