We’re a small, creative, and mission-driven team building a new kind of wellness brand one where culture, movement, music, and community intersect. We believe that healing doesn’t have to be quiet, and that presence can be powerful, playful, and collective.
At The Rogue Room, we move fast, think big, and stay grounded in why we do this: to help people reconnect with themselves and each other through the body, through rhythm, through shared experience.
We’re at an exciting point of growth and experimentation, with a major new chapter launching soon. That means we’re looking for people who are self-starters, deep listeners, thoughtful doers, and who are energized by building something from the ground up.
If you care about wellness, but you also care about art, energy, identity, and real cultural connection we’d love to meet you

The Rogue Room is culture-driven social-wellness club a David Adjaye-designed space in Shoreditch where movement, music and collective energy come together. We don’t run classes. We run congregations.
We’re looking for part-time front of house. You’re the first face people meet when they come through the door, and the last one they see on the way out. Checking people in, making the coffee, learning names, reading the room, keeping the space sharp. On a full Saturday you set the tone for everyone in it.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on, in-house role. It’s not a desk job and it’s not clock in, clock out. You’ll work alongside our Studio Manager and the wider team, and you’ll know every member by name within a month.
No studio experience needed — we’ll teach you how we run. What we can’t teach is being warm with people and quick on your feet.
What you will own
Saturdays at chance street. the busiest day of our week and the one that needs the best person on the desk.
You’ll be the first face people see when they come through the door. checking them in, making the coffee, learning names, holding the room together while it fills up and empties out again. it moves fast and it matters.
this is for you if you’re warm with people, quick on your feet, and you’d rather be in a room that’s going than one that’s quiet.
