So many have levelled up with us after starting at a Karma Rogie, stepping into teaching roles, joining ops, and yep, a few even own a slice of The Rogue Room itself.

THE COMMITMENT
4 hours a week / or 2 x 2hour shifts, outside the standard 9–6 Mon–Fri flow. ,Think early mornings, evenings, or weekends when the space really breathes. This is a volunteering role, in exchange you would receive a membership.

Rolling mats and setting the room so every class feels intentional
Backing up our teachers with the little things that make big magic
Holding down the front desk vibe, welcoming people, keeping the energy moving
