About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Studio Experience Coordinator to support the morning operations at The Rogue Room’s Chance Street studio.
This is a front-of-house role at the intersection of hospitality, wellness, and culture, ideal for someone who is organised, people-oriented, and aligned with music-led movement and creative environments.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the first energy of the day, ensuring the space is set, the experience flows, and every guest and teacher feels welcomed into the Rogue Room environment.
Hours & Commitment
Part-time paid position
Monday – Thursday
6:00am – 9:00am
Approx. 48 hours per month

Due to the nature of studio operations, there may occasionally be last-minute requests to cover additional shifts (e.g. team illness or absence). For this reason, candidates must be based within a 20-minute commute of Shoreditch High Street.
Any additional cover hours will be paid on top of contracted hours.
There will also be opportunities to support events and brand activations outside of regular working hours, working alongside organisations such as Nike, lululemon, CALM, Chilly’s, and BON CHARGE, offering a chance to be part of the wider cultural and creative output of The Rogue Room.

Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who:
Is reliable, punctual, and consistent (non-negotiable for early mornings)
Thrives in creative, fast-paced environments
Has a natural ability to host, welcome, and read a room
Takes pride in creating and maintaining atmosphere
Is proactive and happy to take initiative without constant direction
Has an interest in wellness, movement, creative, or community spaces
