About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time Studio Experience Coordinator to support the morning operations at The Rogue Room’s Chance Street studio.

This is a front-of-house role at the intersection of hospitality, wellness, and culture, ideal for someone who is organised, people-oriented, and aligned with music-led movement and creative environments.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the first energy of the day, ensuring the space is set, the experience flows, and every guest and teacher feels welcomed into the Rogue Room environment.

Hours & Commitment

Part-time paid position

  • Monday – Thursday

  • 6:00am – 9:00am

  • Approx. 48 hours per month

Flexibility & Additional Hours

Due to the nature of studio operations, there may occasionally be last-minute requests to cover additional shifts (e.g. team illness or absence). For this reason, candidates must be based within a 20-minute commute of Shoreditch High Street.

Any additional cover hours will be paid on top of contracted hours.

There will also be opportunities to support events and brand activations outside of regular working hours, working alongside organisations such as Nike, lululemon, CALM, Chilly’s, and BON CHARGE, offering a chance to be part of the wider cultural and creative output of The Rogue Room.

Key Responsibilities

Studio & Environment

  • Open and prepare the studio each morning in line with TRR standards

  • Ensure the space is clean, calm, and visually aligned with the Rogue Room aesthetic

  • Set lighting, music, scent, and overall atmosphere for the first classes of the day

  • Maintain a consistently high standard of presentation across all studio areas

Guest Experience

  • Welcome guests and members with warmth and confidence

  • Facilitate smooth check-in and support new visitors to feel comfortable in the space

  • Act as a visible and approachable presence throughout the morning

Teacher Support

  • Support teachers with any on-site needs before and after class

  • Ensure studios are set up correctly for each session

  • Help maintain flow between classes

Operations Support

  • Monitor and replenish stock (towels, bathroom supplies, café items, etc.)

  • Maintain general organisation across front of house and shared spaces

  • Respond to front-of-house emails and basic customer queries

Brand & Event Support (Ad Hoc)

  • Occasionally support the delivery of brand activations and events

  • Assist with partners such as Nike, lululemon, CALM, Chilly’s, BON CHARGE

  • Support may fall outside of standard hours (with notice)

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is reliable, punctual, and consistent (non-negotiable for early mornings)

  • Thrives in creative, fast-paced environments

  • Has a natural ability to host, welcome, and read a room

  • Takes pride in creating and maintaining atmosphere

  • Is proactive and happy to take initiative without constant direction

  • Has an interest in wellness, movement, creative, or community spaces

  • Is looking to become part of a growing, culturally-led studio environment

This is more than a typical front-of-house role.

You’ll be part of a team shaping a new kind of wellness space, one rooted in music, movement, and shared experience. As The Rogue Room continues to grow, there will be opportunities to become more involved across events, partnerships, and wider studio operations.
