Join founder Rosie on a journey back to her motherland, Sri Lanka for 5 nights of soul enriching yoga, meditation and good times as we take our practice Off Grid alongside guest teachers who lead Handstand training.
Expect a daily music-driven practice, with inspiration drawn from the Rocket Vinyasa and Myofascial Intergrated Yoga and Stretching systems.

7am -08:30 am Energising Morning Rocket Vinyasa or M.I.A Yoga class.
11:30 am Daily Sri Lankan fused with western taste brunch prepared by culinary experts
1 pm Optional activities: Surf School, Ayurvedic workshop, Cooking class, Muay Thai 121, Massage, or simply embrace the surrounding jungle, pool or local areas.
7 pm M.I.S Stretch session / breathwork / Yin or Inversions.
8pm - Optional group dinner or solo excursions.
3 days of inversions Training (no experience needed)
