Spend the afternoon learning to DJ with AlphaTheta & The Rogue Room.

This summer, The Rogue Room and AlphaTheta are hosting four free DJ workshops at 4 Chance Street, creating space for underrepresented creatives to learn, connect and get behind the decks. No experience needed. Just bring yourself.

You'll learn the foundations of DJing, from beat matching and track selection to organising and curating music for flow-state. With hands-on access to AlphaTheta DJ controllers, you'll have the opportunity to build confidence and develop practical skills in a supportive environment.

Each workshop will also feature a special guest DJ, with announcements coming soon. And the music doesn't stop there.

One randomly selected participant from each workshop will win an AlphaTheta DDJ-FLX2 DJ Controller and a sponsored 6-hour training course, helping them continue their journey and develop their skills behind the decks.

The workshops are open to all applicants. As places are limited, priority may be given to creatives who are currently underrepresented within DJ culture, music and nightlife spaces, including women, non-binary and LGBTQ+ people, and people from ethnic minority backgrounds.
