By purchasing a ticket and attending Redemption at Akasha, you are entering into an agreement with The Rogue Room Ltd, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Participation
- Redemption at Akasha is a yoga-based experience hosted by The Rogue Room Ltd.
- Participation is voluntary and involves physical movement. By joining, you acknowledge you are in good health and capable of safely participating in the yoga and movement activities.
- If you have any injuries, health concerns, or are pregnant, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor prior to attending.
- The Rogue Room Ltd is not responsible for any injuries or health conditions that may arise during or after participation.
2. Health & Safety
- You agree to take full responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during the event.
- In the unlikely case of a medical emergency, you authorise The Rogue Room Ltd to administer or seek necessary first aid or medical treatment. You agree to cover any associated costs.
- Please arrive on time and listen to your body throughout the class. You are always welcome to pause or modify poses as needed.
3. Photography & Promotion
- By attending this event, you consent to The Rogue Room Ltd capturing photo/video content that may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
- If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please let a member of the team know upon arrival.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If the event is cancelled by The Rogue Room Ltd, all participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future date.
5. Liability Release
By attending Redemption at Akasha, you agree to release The Rogue Room Ltd and its instructors from any and all liability related to your participation in the class, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or loss of property. Participation is at your own risk.
