A new Sunday ritual to bring us back together

This October, in honour of World Mental Health Day, The Rogue Room introduces Sunday Sessions - a new weekly ritual built for a generation craving deeper connection.

Across three Sundays, The Rogue Room Chance Street will transform into a sanctuary of sound, movement, and stillness. Each week blends immersive classes with a live ‘In Conversation With’ discussion, inviting you to move, reflect, and reconnect.

Expect sessions like yoga and flow practices to release tension, dance and rhythm workshops to explore expression, and hands-on DJ experiences powered by AlphaTheta gear, where music becomes a tool for creativity and self-expression. Join our guest speakers for intimate live discussions on themes like mindfulness, creativity, and resilience - sharing personal stories, lived experience, and practical tools for navigating mental health.

We’re proud to host Sunday Sessions in partnership with lululemon and in collaboration with suicide prevention charity Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM). Every ticket purchased supports CALM’s life-saving work - with 100% of proceeds donated directly to the charity.

  • lululemon Gives is a new global impact initiative and the next evolution of the lululemon Centre for Social Impact. This initiative is backed by a $100 million USD commitment to advance mental health and wellbeing by harnessing the power of movement and mindfulness, and aims to impact 20 million people worldwide by 2030.

  • The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is a suicide prevention charity on a mission to help people end their misery, not their lives. They're here to help anyone struggling with life - and provide everyone with the skills to help prevent suicide.

They've got loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward, as well as vital online resources for anyone who needs them. They also run vital campaigns to increase awareness, smash stereotypes, and change the culture around mental health and suicide.

To learn more about CALM, their services, or to find support and advice, please visit thecalmzone.net.

Come as you are. No perfection, no performance, no pressure.

Just music, movement, presence, and community - the way Sundays were meant to be.

mind & movement — sunday session

book your spot

The second in our series of Sunday Sessions is all about how movement affects the mind. Our brains and bodies are intimately connected - how we treat one affects the other. Join us as we explore how to unlock movement and empower the mind.

  • Yoga flow workshop with Vrynda

  • Dance Embodiment class with Evie

  • Live conversation with Dr Julia Basso

Choice of 2 workshop Sessions: 12pm - 1pm

Connect to your body, your breath, and the community around you.

Move into flow with the amazing yogi Vrynda, in a workshop designed to invite presence, freedom of movement, and help you shake off the week. Get lost in flowstate, explore your body’s rhythm, and watch your energy shift with Evie in a contemporary dance class.

A Live ‘In Conversation With Julia Basso’: 1:30pm – 2:30pm

Dr Basso will bring a unique scientific lens to the evening: she will present real-time EEG brain recordings captured during one of the workshops, and then guide a discussion unpacking how movement modulates brain activity. Expect personal insights, explanations of her research in the Embodied Brain Lab, and practical tools linking movement, neuroplasticity, and wellbeing.

We don’t aim for perfection - we aim for persistence.

All equipment will be provided - just show up and come as you are, dressed in something comfortable and ready for your flow.
