Join the team

We’re a small, creative, and mission-driven team building a new kind of wellness brand — one where culture, movement, music, and community intersect. We believe that healing doesn’t have to be quiet, and that presence can be powerful, playful, and collective.

At The Rogue Room, we move fast, think big, and stay grounded in why we do this: to help people reconnect with themselves and each other — through the body, through rhythm, through shared experience.

We’re at an exciting point of growth and experimentation, with a major new chapter launching soon. That means we’re looking for people who are self-starters, deep listeners, thoughtful doers, and who are energized by building something from the ground up.

If you care about wellness, but you also care about art, energy, identity, and real cultural connection — we’d love to meet you
