Dynamic Yoga.
A dynamic practice that blends the roots of Rocket Yoga with influences from other movement styles.
RocketBeats classes build strength, flexibility, and balance through creative sequences that focus on a “direction of travel”—up, down, forwards, or backwards—so your practice develops in all planes.
Expect a mix of breathwork, flowing postures, and music-driven movement, from steady rhythms to driving techno. More than just poses, RocketBeats is about exploration and play: falling, laughing, and trying again. Suitable for all levels, it’s an energetic, uplifting class that encourages self-reflection and self-agency in equal measure.

M.I.A. Yoga (Myofascial Integrated Alignment) is a holistic approach that redefines alignment and balance in yoga.
Instead of chasing perfect poses, this concept focuses on restoring the body’s natural equilibrium by working with myofascial meridians, the interconnected lines of muscles and fascia that shape posture and movement.
M.I.A. classes combine sensation-based cueing, dynamic sequencing, and “tuning” techniques to target specific fascial pathways. Expect bouncing, oscillating, longer holds, and fluid transitions that strengthen connective tissue, increase mobility, and improve overall functionality.

You’ll be immersed in the live sounds of instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, or other resonant tones. The vibrations wash through the body, helping to release tension, slow the nervous system, and encourage a meditative state.
